Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't run analytics that follow you around the web. The only browser storage used is strictly functional: remembering that you've seen our cookie notice, and — for our own staff only — keeping staff signed in to our booking dashboard.
What we collect and why
When you request a quote, we ask for your name, phone number, email (optional), delivery address, town and Eircode. We use these solely to price your hire (delivery distance affects the price), arrange delivery and collection, and send you your quote and invoice. We don't use your details for marketing and we never sell or share them for advertising.
Who processes your data for us
- Supabase — hosts our booking database (stored on servers in the EU).
- Stripe — processes card payments. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- Resend — delivers our quote and invoice emails.
- Netlify — hosts this website.
How long we keep things
We keep booking and invoice records for as long as Irish tax law requires business records to be retained (generally 6 years). Quote requests that don't become bookings are periodically cleaned out.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where we're not legally required to keep it, e.g. issued invoices). Just call, WhatsApp or email — details below.
